PROJECT
Engineering may take approximately 10–15 days. Following approval:
- Material orders are placed.
- Single-part drawings are issued, including drilling and cutting preparations; fabrication drawings are prepared.
- Erection drawings are prepared.
MATERIALS
After the contract is signed:
- Material lists are extracted from the 3D model and orders are placed.
- Once procured, materials are sent for abrasive blast cleaning.
- After Sa 2½ blast cleaning, shop primer is applied at 15–20 microns to protect the surface before workshop delivery.
- This stage may take approximately 10–15 days.
PREPARATION
The work programme is issued to the relevant teams.
- Plate and section cutting lists are prepared.
PRODUCTION
Plates and sections are procured according to the lists.
- Holes are drilled.
- Columns, beams and bracing connections are fabricated in the scheduled order.
